Dear All,
It’s been for a while I haven’t updated the design of my website. Been online since 2000, that is since I passed out 10th grade 
and I have been re-designing the website every year. Many things took my time away and basically couldn’t concentrate well on the design part.
I had talked about a complete flash website few posts back. But, I may not be listed in the google and many other search engines as this site had good page ranking. 9 years online existence brought up 8 design upgrades for this website and now I think the current design is far more appreciated by most of my visitors since it is neat with white and simple with light weight elements (no heavy flash files and no much ‘bling bling’)
Now I’m planning to upgrade the whole website to the next level. This year has kick started some new improvements in my music career with many more collaborations happening with international artists. Check out some features to be included and the structure change.
IFTHItv – this is a concept suggested by my fellow musician MY. After we did the single ‘Show me love’, I wanted a strong presence in YouTube. So he suggested this name and I came up with a logo animation and things happened so fast that I had the channel launched with few HD Videos (I’ll try to keep it all HD hopefully). I couldn’t get through the YouTube partnership program as I’m based outside US, Canada, UK. Anyways the channel is live at http://youtube.com/ifthitv .
The structure change I’m thinking of is to make the pages accessible with user friendly links. That is the major change as per now. For e.g. now the site has a folder /module where the core pages reside. So the link to contact page is ifthi.com/module/contact.php. This will change to ifthi.com/contact
I have no clue how this change is going to reflect on the search listing of my website. Still I have to do it.
Also menu items will change from the personAli, musicAli to something like – Home / Bio / Music / Video / Blog / Contact
New website fully developed in PHP will have a video page to display the content from my YouTube channel. Not just embedding I’m working with YouTube API to dig something more advanced 
I’ve been working on Facebook API 2 weeks back to come up with an application. Infact been working on that few months back and I didn’t get the right hold. Now I did it finally. One beta program is now live. More to come. And I really think it’s too early to develop a Facebook App for my website
NO BIG DESIGN CHANGES. People love it neat I’ll keep it neater.
